The professional series is arranged chronologically by employment to match the timeline of Sharp's career. Each following sub-series is then arranged alphabetically. At the end of the GT sub-series there are "instruction" papers that coud not be identified to a particular job, but they have been identified as relating to her role as an educator. Lastly, throughout Sharp's career, she was contracted by publishers and organizations to author articles, book chapters, and journal entries. These are included last in the professional series but take note that they occured throughout her life. They are arranged alphabetically.
