Institute for Technology Assessment, 1995-1998; undated.

SERIES 2 contains a small amount of manuscript material on the Institute for Technology Assessment, a short-lived nonprofit organization that took up the cause of technology assessment after the OTA was closed in 1995. Largely funded by grant money, the ITA operated from early 1996 to about 1998 with Vary T. Coates as President, and Joseph F. Coates as one of the Directors. Documents include unpublished papers, newspaper clippings, correspondence, and a publication list of the organization.
