This subseries contains Baker's general administrative files, consisting mainly of correspondence, committee notes, and reports relating to committees and programs under Baker's direction. Highlighted here are materials on the Honors Program, the Pre-Med Committee and numerous other committees, as well as general files on academic programs and structure, graduate and undergraduate recruitment, affirmative action, and campus planning. This subseries also documents her work on faculty development grant program.
