This collection consists of administrative files relating to the annual inspections of the School of Aerospace Engineering by the Engineers' Council for Professional Development (ECPD), which document the curriculum in Aerospace Engineering and the activities of its faculty, and the Institutional Self-Study at the Georgia Institute of Technology during the 1960s. The collection also includes articles and research, most by members of the faculty in aerospace engineering, on the research that was taking place at Georgia Tech during the era of World War II. Some of the articles discuss the establishment of aerospace engineering at Georgia Tech and its early years.
