The Historic Preservation Series holds materials related to awarded projects for restoring, rehabilitating, reconstructing, and/or adding onto historic structures. The projects include residential, commercial, recreational, and governmental buildings. The files contain correspondence, project manuals, monthly billings, technical information, reports and other materials documenting the life of the project.
Some materials have been restricted per institutional policies.

This project is a subseries because it is a "large" project. A large project is defined by having a quantity of materials that spans more than one standard archival box in this series.
Processing archivists applied minimal arrangement to files in this subseries. The subseries entry title follows the formula title for the series. The date element is inclusive of all of the nested folders in the subseries. Folders have not been reformated for standardization and the folders were left in their orignial order. However, archivists kept split folders in sequence and organized sub project titles together.
