This collection consists of Christmas cards sent by faculty, staff, and mainly, administrators at Georgia Tech. Most of the cards depict campus buildings or Buzz, the Georgia Tech Mascot.

Each year, Georgia Tech's faculty, staff, and administrators send Christmas cards to members of the local community and the campus. For example, the President of Georgia Tech sends cards to Georgia Tech faculty as well as to others in the community. It is unknown how long this tradition has been going on.
