Biography of Hugh H. Chapman

Hugh Chapman was born in 1915 in Indiana. A well-educated man who was educated in the United States and abroad, he taught at several schools, including DePauw University and Greencastle High School, both in Indiana. He went on to teach Romance languages at Penn State.
