Fantastic Adventures was an American serial magazine that ran from 1939 to 1953. It was not know as one of the highest quality science fiction magazines, but was appreciated for its light tone and easy enjoyment, especially during war years. It was published under the Ziff-Davis Publishing Company the entirety of its run, and was edited first by Raymond A. Palmer, then by Howard Browne.
