Begun in 1988 The New York Review of Science Fiction was an independent critical publication under Dragon Press. It is not connected in anyway with the New York Times or the New York Review of Books. The New York Review of Science Fiction was a publication dedicated to review and critique of science fiction, usually containing critism, essays, and reviews of various forms of science fiction. In 2012, The New York Review of Science Fiction switched from Dragon Press to Burrowing Wombat Press. It appears that some parts of the publication are also posted an online. The New York Review of Science Fiction is still active as of the creation of this resource, and publishes monthly.
