Georgia Tech Archives and Special Collections holds issues of the magazine published between 1953 and 1953. It may not be a complete run of the publication.
In some ways, 'Universe Science Fiction' was a spiritual continuation of editor Robert Palmer's earlier 'Other Worlds,' whose last issue was published a month before the inaugural issue of 'Universe Science Fiction.' The magazine lasted only 10 issues, from June 1953 to March 1955, before Palmer rebooted the 'Other Worlds' name and merged 'Universe' into it accordingly. Though Palmer was officially listed as an editor, most editing was left to Bea Mahaffey; the first two issues appear under a joint pen name of 'Robert Bell' before switch to the editors' legal names.
