Biographical / Historical

Dragon magazine was one of two official magazines for the Dungeons & Dragons role-playing game. It ran in print from 1976-2007, then switched to an online publication until its last edition, number 430, in December 2013. The magazine held a wide range of columns appealing to the role-playing game community, including fantasy fiction writing, supplementary D&D materials, gameplay strategy, and art. It was popular among the role-playing game community for its supplementary resources and inspirational fantasy writing.
