The International Student and Scholar Services records are composed of reports, primarily from the International Student Advisor's office, detailing the information, services, activities, and events supporting the Georgia Institute of Technology's international students from 1969-1983.
The International Student and Scholar Services at the Georgia Institute of Technology was established to help international students and visiting scholars make an easy transition into the Institute and community. They assist with every facet of an international student's life at Georgia Tech and in the United States. Originally known as the Office of International Student Services and Programs, the office is a subunit of the Office of International Education at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Student Advisor reports, annual reports, and quarterly reports are arranged chronologically. A group of financial and legal files are found at the end of the collection.
A print copy of this finding aid is available in the Georgia Tech Archives reading room.
Linda Duckworth of the Office of International Student Services and Programs donated these records in 1994 (accession number: 1994.0501; old number: 94-05-01).
