This collection includes materials from the inauguration of Arthur G. Hansen, President of the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1969 to 1971, including the inauguration program and the issue of the Technique from that time. A 75th anniversary guide to the Georgia Tech campus is also part of the collection, as well as material relating to Hagan's time at Tech, including student identification cards.
Eugene Merrill Hagan, Jr. (born 15 June 1946) is from Jacksonville, Florida. He entered Georgia Tech in 1964 as a Civil Engineering major. He seems to attended Tech from 1964 through 1967, and again from 1969 to 1970.
