Biography

Dr. Lester McTier (Mac) Anderson, Ph.D., is from Savannah, Georgia. He graduated from Tech in 1967 with a B.S. in Industrial Management. During his time at Tech he was president and treasurer of the Kappa Sigma fraternity, a member of Phi Kappa Phi, the president of the Ramblin Reck Club, a member of the Inter-Fraternity Council honor board, a member of the IM honors society, and was on the Dean’s List. He received his MBA from Drexel University and his Ph.D. from the University of Georgia. He was an Air Force officer from 1967-1972. He is a professor of Marketing and Business Administration and Charleston Southern University. Sources: Blueprint 1967, Charleston Southern University Website.
