Georgia Tech has undertaken several self-studies in the course of its history. One such self-study occurred during the early 1960s, when the institute planned for growth and improvement in advance of the celebration of the 75th anniversary. In 1973 Tech completed another self-study focusing on expansion and improvement of its programs.
