Harry L. Baker, Jr. Photograph Collection

Abstract Harry Baker was a 1934 Georgia Tech graduate and the president of the Georgia Tech Research Institute from 1946 until his untimely death in 1973. The majority of this collection documents Baker's professional career while at Georgia Tech.

Description From the Collection: The Louis A. Cavalli Mechanical Engineering Photograph Collection contains nine black and white photographs. The items in this collection illustrate early years of Georgia Tech and most relate specifically to the Mechanical Engineering department, including an image of the wood shop and several early years of Mechanical Engineering graduates. Box 2 houses oversized materials; several of these items are fragile.
