The minutes include reports by the President, committee reports, faculty promotions, and budgetary matters, as well as resolutions and motions regarding faculty and Presidential appointments and salaries.

This collection contains financial records from Georgia Tech's capital campaign, the Georgia Tech Expansion Fund, later known as the Greater Georgia Tech Fund.
