Abstract This collection consists of copies of legislative acts and resolutions generated by the City of Atlanta, or by the Senate, House of Representatives, or General Assembly of the State of Georgia, relating to Georgia Tech. The most significant item is an original 1883 letter from Governor Henry D. McDaniel introducing the members of the Georgia House of Representatives committee in charge of exploring the establishment of a state school of technology.
