Abstract The Georgia Tech Afro-American Association (GTAAA) was formed in 1968 with the aim of bringing an awareness to Georgia Tech about the contributions of African-American students, as well as serving as a support group for black students. The organization was active in publishing a newsletter featuring black students' writings and job postings. This collection includes the 1968 constitution, newsletters, and an "Exponent" article about the GTAAA.
