This collection contains architectural drawings that assisted in the creation and design of the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Village. This includes buildings on Georgia Tech's campus, Atlanta street maps, sketches, and previous olympic village designs from both California and South Korea.

This collection contains the architectural drawings, blueprints, and sketches for the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Village. Also included are some of Georiga Tech's architectural drawings for campus buildings. Of particular interest is a sample of an olympic village drawing from Seoul, Korea, during the 1988 olympic games.
Glenn Norman served as liaison between the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games (ACOG) and Georgia Tech, holding the position of Olympic Village Coordinator from 1991 to 1992. He left Georgia Tech to work for ACOG after the reorganization of Tech's Olympic administration.
The 1996 Atlanta Olympic and Paralympic Games took place from July 19 to August 26, 1996. Georgia Tech hosted competitions for Olympic and Paralympic games by utilizing multiple GT campus facilities and serving as the site of the Olympic Village.
This collection is arranged alphabetically in the finding aid. They are stored in two oversized flat folders and three architectural drawing tubes based on provenance and state of materials.
