This collection contains materials from the twenty-fifth, fiftieth, seventy-fifth, and one-hundredth anniversaries of Georgia Tech.

This publication, which has been given various titles over the years, has served primarily as the school catalog for Georgia Tech since its inception in 1888-1889, providing descriptions for courses offered in each discipline at the school, as well as other information of relevance to Georgia Tech students.

The College of Sciences and Liberal Studies of the Georgia Institute of Technology offered a Social Sciences Minors Program with an area of specialty in philosophy. These records include two certificates granted to students in this program.

The Edward B. Van Voorhees Visual Materials Collection contains black and white negatives and photographs illustrating Georgia Tech student life and activities, 1939-1943. There are many images of Georgia Tech dances, an NROTC summer cruise, initiations by various student organizations, and student life in general. The negatives have been scanned and the digital images are available for viewing.

The Edwin P. Kohler Slide Collection contains color slides of 1964 Georgia Tech Homecoming activities and the Tech campus in the mid-1960s.

This collection includes an anniversary guide to the Georgia Tech campus, 1963; an invitation and program to the inauguration of Georgia Tech President Arthur Hansen, 1969; a copy of The Technique, November 25, 1969; and athletic and student identification cards.

This collection contains a single letter from F. S. Holliday to the Georgia Tech faculty. Holliday, an electrical engineering student, requested a change in his class schedule.

The Georgia Tech Fact Books include annual facts and figures about the Institute, such as admission and enrollment statistics, organizational charts, listings of administrative faculty and staff, student information, finances, research, and facilities.

This collection consists of fraternity certificates for individuals as well as charter member certificates for several fraternities at the Georgia Institute of Technology.

The photographs in this collection, collected by George C. Griffin, relate to all aspects of Georgia Tech and its history, including students, faculty, administrators, alumni, sports, traditions, and buildings. This collection is particularly strong in athletic and alumni photographs from the first half of the 20th century. Nearly 600 of these images are available for online viewing.

The Alumni Association collected these slides documenting faculty, staff, students, buildings, alumni, and athletics at Georgia Tech.

The subject files consist of a wide range of files relating mainly to the history of Georgia Tech. The subject files contain a variety of newspaper clippings, articles, and ephemera on Georgia Tech academic and extracurricular life.

This collection contains two scrapbooks with approximately 750 photographs from 1902-1913. A large portion of the scrapbooks deals with Patterson's family, his social life, and his days at Georgia Tech (Class of 1912).

The pictorial history, Images and Memories: Georgia Tech, 1885-1985,was one of several projects celebrating Georgia Tech's centennial in 1985. This collection contains copy prints of many of the photographs that appeared in the book.

This collection contains a single schedule for Georgia Tech's irregular students for February 1917.

This collection contains 20 photographs of friends and classmates during Reid's school years at Georgia Tech. McPherson Company, a studio photographer in Atlanta, took the majority of the photographs.

The James Herty Lucas Visual Materials contains five photographs and three postcards. All items relate to Georgia Tech. Lucas was an alumni and professor of Highway and Civil Engineering at Tech.

This collection consists of various experiment reports completed by John D. Askew, Jr. for three courses in the Georgia School of Technology’s Electrical Engineering department, numbered EE 16, EE 17, and EE 18. The dates of the reports range from the fall of 1928 to the spring of 1930.

This collection contains images of room #3 in the dormitory known as Shack #1, 1922-1923 and the cake race of 1924.

The Alpha Tau Chapter of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity was founded at Georgia Tech in 1895. Its records include general administrative records, financial ledgers, meeting minutes, and bound copies of Kappa Sigma's magazine, Caduceus.
